How will you know exactly what my loved one needs?
The process begins with a one-on-one consultation with our director to determine a client-specific care plan that works for your needs and those of your loved ones.
How do I know my loved one is safe with your caregiver?
All of our caregivers go through a comprehensive screening process that includes tests on key abilities, professional reference checks, and of course, a thorough background check. All caregivers are bonded.
How many hours are the caregivers with clients?
Our services are custom-tailored to our clients and their needs. Whether services are required for a few hours a week or 24-hour live-in care or somewhere in between, we are here to help.
What services are offered?
We offer a variety of services including companionship, homemaking, personal care assistance, mobility assistance, and transportation, as well as other special care assistance as needed. We offer incidental care, transitional care, and 24/7 senior home care. Our team is experienced in Alzheimer’s care as well as treating people who suffer from ALS, stroke, Parkinson’s, Cancer & more.
What is incidental care?
Incidental care was created for those that need care for a short time frame. It is provided when needed, for as long as it is needed. Care can include things such as helping clients with mobility assistance, personal care, transportation, and post-op care.
What is transitional care?
Transitional care is an excellent way to ensure that your loved one gets the care they need after they return home from the hospital or a rehab program. We can assist your loved one with a wide range of tasks, with flexible scheduling and care appointments usually lasting 4-12 hours.
What is 24/7 senior home care?
This is our most comprehensive program where we provide your loved one with personal care, safety monitoring, homemaking, and companionship around the clock.
