Founder J.P. Muir started Home Care Connectors to provide additional in-home care for clients who need assistance. After his mother and father-in-law faced situations where they needed extra care, J.P. experienced first-hand the emotional and logistical challenges this could place on a family. In 2017, his experience-turned-idea became a reality, and Home Care Connectors became an LLC.
Shortly after Home Care Connectors became an LLC, founder and CEO J.P. Muir decided to make a career change. After working in the banking industry for 25 years, J.P. knew that in order to build the practice the way he envisioned, he would have to commit full time to Home Care Connectors… and that’s exactly what he did.
In August of 2020, Home Care Connectors reached another milestone. Our home care agency was approved for medical care, and our affiliate Health Care Connectors was born.
After our medical care approval, we expanded our team to include registered nurses. In 2021, we were able to offer nursing care to our clients by adding full-time nurses to
our staff.
With our team growing and our business expanding, another major milestone was upon us. In April 2022, we moved into a newer space to better serve the needs of
our clients.
Our licensed affiliate, Health Care Connectors, received ACHC Accreditation and became Medicare-certified for nursing and therapy services. The following services are offered: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Home Health Aides.
